Salisbury, MD – Downtown Salisbury will come alive this Friday, June 20, for the monthly 3rd Friday celebration, with this month’s theme centered around “Summer Camp.” The event will transform the downtown into a playful and nostalgic summer experience, think ice cream, arts and crafts, live music, and camp-inspired activities. Designed to capture the spirit of carefree summer days, 3rd Friday will offer visitors an evening filled with community connection, family fun, and the unique charm of Salisbury’s small businesses.
Road Closures Begin Friday, June 20:
- Road Closures Begin at 2 P.M.
- Downtown Plaza (Main Street from W. Market Street to Division Street)
- Division Street from Rt. 50 to Circle Avenue
Parking is free in Downtown Salisbury on nights and weekends with free 2 hour on street parking — just plan ahead and avoid closed areas.
From 5 to 8 P.M., the Downtown Plaza and Unity Square will be filled with live entertainment, local vendors, and family-friendly activities. Medium Wave Jay will perform live on the Plaza, while The KG Band brings their energy to Unity Square. This month, camp goes to the dogs with a special pet training demonstration by K9 Heeling from 6:15 to 6:45 P.M. in Unity Square. Join us for the Ultimate Summer Camp Test of Strength—a fun-filled tug-of-war competition where teamwork, strength, and camp spirit go head-to-head. Don’t miss the crafts cart, where kids can get creative with a camp-themed craft hosted by volunteers.
3rd Friday is more than an event—it’s a chance to experience the heart of Salisbury. Attendees are encouraged to explore local art, discover unique finds from vendors, and support the small businesses that help our community thrive. This month’s 3rd Friday is made possible in part by the support of WMDT, proud media sponsor of the 2025 season of 3rd Friday in Downtown Salisbury.
