DELMAR, DE-Meredith Mears and Chris Peek, Advisors with SVN Miller Commercial Real Estate collaborate on new, expanded location for Coastal Bath Company. Operations will move to 106 North Pennsylvania Ave., Delmar, DE 19940.
Mears worked with Coastal Bath to secure their current location on Windsor Drive, in Salisbury, MD roughly a year ago. The Company has experienced tremendous growth, and it became very evident that they would need to identify a new location faster than originally anticipated.
The Delmar property is the former office of Gordy Fuel. Chris Peek preemptively listed the property for lease as Gordy began vacating the unit. The unit includes approximately 3,200 SF of office with warehouse. The warehouse offers 14’ ceilings with 4 drive-in doors. The corner lot offers paved parking with easy access to the property. Mears discovered the opportunity when Chris hosted a tour of the property for the SVN Advisors.
