BERLIN, MD – On Friday, March 25, 2022, Coastal Hospice will reopen the Thrift Shop in its entirety while showcasing their new remodel. They will be holding their seasonal Brown Bag Sale on both Friday, March 25 and Saturday, March 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. where you can fill a bag of clothing for $10.
In addition, National Spring Cleaning Week begins March 27 – April 3. This is a great way to support Coastal Hospice and receive a tax deductible donation. The thrift shop is now accepting gently used items in good condition. Donations should be clean, safe and resalable.
Items that they are now accepting are Appliances, Small: Irons, Vacuum Cleaners, Coffee Makers, Toaster Ovens, etc., Men & Women’s Clothing: Shirts, Pants, Skirts, Dresses, Sweaters, etc., Men & Women’s Shoes & Handbags, Boys & Girls Clothing, Toys & Baby Clothes, Dishes, Pots, and Pans, Exercise Equipment, Small: Resistance Bands, Weights, Workout Items, etc., Sports Equipment: Basketballs, Fishing Poles (no tackle), Hockey Gear, etc., Hand Tools, Lawn & Garden Tools, Linens, Towels and Blankets, Books and Clear Glass Items.
Donation hours are Monday – Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in the back of the store.
