Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. (DBF), announced the addition of two new employees to their Salisbury office, Joshua R. Mullenax and Kersey W. Walters.
Joshua R. Mullenax joins DBF’s engineering department as a resident project representative (RPR) bringing a wealth of knowledge in engineering and construction. Mullenax’s role involves reviewing plans and inspecting construction activities on behalf of our clients and engineers to ensure projects are executed according to plan. He currently provides RPR services for the Town of Blades for their Water Treatment Plant upgrade project, as well as Creekhaven Development and Atlantic Lakes, new residential communities in Selbyville, Delaware.
Kersey W. Walters joins the Salisbury survey crew as a field technician. Walters is a recent graduate from Salisbury University with his Bachelor of Science in Biology, minoring in Environmental Studies and Geographic Information Science (GIS). His background in GIS has aided his training out in the field.
“With all that has occurred over the last two years, we have been fortunate to bring in some new and really talented employees. Josh and Kersey are excellent additions to our survey and engineering department”, said DBF Principal Jason P. Loar, P.E.
