SALISBURY, MD – Principal Chris Davis of NAI Coastal recently brokered the sale of +/- 6.09-acres of commercial land situated at the corner of Bridgeville Highway and Herring Run Road in Seaford, Delaware. The purchaser intends to develop the site, further contributing to Sussex County’s active growth and development.

The parcel is located directly behind Lowe’s Home Improvement, a big box retailer fronting Sussex Highway. In recent years, the surrounding land has been a hotspot for several medical developments including Herring Run Professional Center and a new TidalHealth campus.
