Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. (DBF) is pleased to announce that Keonte M. Henson, E.I.T. has joined the firm’s engineering department in Easton, Maryland. His association with DBF began in 2017 as a summer intern returning for winter break until graduation in 2018.
Henson graduated from Johns Hopkins University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam to obtain his Engineering-In-Training Certificate in May. During his time at JHU, aside from earning his degree, Henson helped develop and test lab procedures for the civil engineering department.

Since his employment as a design engineer, Henson has helped DBF with various projects. He has completed groundwater reports, permit applications, project cost estimates, and project manuals/specifications. He has also consulted on designs for projects such as the Stewart Pit Rubble Landfill in Easton, Maryland; the Easton Club Stormwater System Evaluation; the Riverside Boat Ramp in Salisbury, Maryland; and the Phillips Landing Boat Ramp in Laurel, Delaware.
