Delegate Sample-Hughes represents District 37-A (Dorchester & Wicomico Counties) in the Maryland General Assembly. She also serves as the Speaker Pro-Temp of the Maryland House of Delegates. She will discuss the implications of the recently passed budget for Maryland residents.
