Wor-Wic Community College recently welcomed Rob Dell’Erba of Frankford, Del., as Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy (ESCJA) coordinator.
Dell’Erba has been working in law enforcement for 30 years, including working as a police academy instructor for the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commissions. Recently, he worked part time at Wor-Wic as an instructor in the ESCJA.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology from the University of Maryland College Park.
