Salisbury, MD – Marquee Broadcasting is excited to announce that Joe Carmean has joined its news team at WMDT 47 ABC as the station’s News Director. Joe has a deep and diverse background in journalism. His commitment to local community news can be seen throughout his career, from his 12-year run as a reporter to becoming city editor, then managing editor of The Daily Times in Salisbury – overseeing its fleet of publications across Delmarva, and as News Manager at WBOC. As a resident of Salisbury, he works diligently to keep Delmarva informed about the issues that matter to them.
