SALISBURY, Md. – September 29, 2020 – Delmarva Veteran Builders (DVB), the region’s only commercial construction firm dedicated to bringing employment to U.S. Armed Forces Veterans, announced it has been hired for a second 7-Eleven store being built in Salisbury, MD.

Core Acquisitions will be building their second 7-Eleven convenience store on the shore and has contracted DVB within 30 days of breaking ground at their Berlin location. The new age designed building is set to break ground in October and will be located on the corner of Route 50 West Business and Naylor Mill Road. The 4,950 square foot building will feature diesel tanks and be built using the same paneling system as its counterpart in Berlin. The location will offer convenience to locals and those traveling the Maryland beaches.

“Core Acquisitions, a multi-state owner and developer of single and multi-tenant retail projects are thrilled to be commencing their second 7-Eleven project with Delmarva Veteran Builders, within a few short months of one another. Because of Core Acquisition’s active and geographically diverse preferred development build-to-suit pipeline, it is imperative that they use the most highly skilled, high ethical, high integrity partners and consultants on their projects with their clients, the end users. In this case, 7-11 has entrusted Core and by extension, DVB, to build their projects, on time, on schedule and to the exact specifications that 7-11 has perfected in their thousands of stores across the country. Core and DVB are excited to perform on these projects in the Salisbury region of Maryland in 2020.”, offered Managing Principal for Core Acquisitions Adam Firsel.
