Salisbury, MD — Delmarva Veteran Builders (DVB) has added Gavin Stephens to its team in a Sales and Development role, supporting the company’s continued expansion across the Eastern Shore.
“We were looking for more than sales experience,” Chris Eccleston, DVB’s founder said. “We wanted someone who understands this region, values relationships, and brings GRIT that’s been earned.”
Stephens brings construction industry experience from the electrical supply sector, where he worked with residential, commercial, and industrial contractors throughout Delmarva. A lifelong Shore resident, he offers strong local relationships and a deep understanding of the communities DVB serves.
“This is home,” said Stephens. “I’m excited to strengthen existing partnerships and help DVB continue growing the right way.”
While not a veteran himself, Stephens strongly values DVB’s mission. His father and in-laws served in the military, aligning closely with the company’s commitment to supporting veterans.
Stephens is also active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for Salisbury Neighborhood Housing Services and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.
As DVB continues to grow, the company remains focused on intentional expansion and relationship-driven development.
“We’re proud to welcome Gavin to the team,” Eccleston added.
