Delmarva Veteran Builders, the region’s only commercial construction firm dedicated to bringing employment to U.S. Armed Forces Veterans, announced the addition of Brian Johnson to the DVB team.
“His credentials speak volumes about his work ethic, drive and determination,” said Chris Eccleston, Delmarva Veteran Builders. “Brian’s ambition and tenacity have already shown through in the short time he has been with DVB. We are excited to welcome him, his wife and two daughters to the Delmarva Veteran Builders family.”
Johnson served as an active duty Navy Seal for thirteen years. As an H-60 Seahawks Navy helicopter pilot, he endured four deployments, two of which supported special operations. He has been in the reserves for one year as an executive officer of unmanned aerial systems with Navy Seal team 18. Johnson graduated with a bachelor of science in Health Administration from Ithaca College and earned his master’s in Criminal Justice from Boston University.
“After several deployments working with Navy Seabee construction teams building new Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) sites in challenging environments, I am enjoying the opportunity to bring my management experience to the Delmarva region to promote the construction industry,” said Johnson. “I am lucky to have found such a rewarding career in the same area my wife and her family is from. I thank the amazing people at DVB for taking me on-board to develop new projects and facilitate a growing reputation for excellence in contracting.”
Johnson lives in Berlin with his wife Leigh-Anne and two daughters.
