SALISBURY, MD — TidalHealth is pleased to welcome Andrew Jacobs, MD, to TidalHealth Family Medicine Practice in Salisbury, Md.
Dr. Jacobs is board certified in family medicine caring for patients at TidalHealth within the Family Medicine Residency Program as Core Faculty.
Dr. Jacobs graduated magna cum laude from Alfred University in New York and went on to obtain his medical degree from the Hofstra University North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine in Hempstead, N.Y. He later completed his residency in family medicine at Southside Hospital-Northwell in Bay Shore, N.Y., as academic chief resident.
Dr. Jacobs is certified by the American Heart Association in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). He has authored several publications and given numerous presentations. When he is not seeing patients, he enjoys spending time outdoors skiing, hiking, surfing and scuba diving.
