Eastern Shore Psychological Service Opens New, Spacious Facility

The Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce joined Eastern Shore Psychological Services (ESPS) staff and friends to celebrate the opening of their new, spacious facility at 113 Healthway Drive in Salisbury.  ESPS  Founder and CEO,  Dr. Kathryn Seifert, shared the story of  how ESPS began 18 years ago in a small house on Route 50, moved to a useful but soon cramped office space, to their current, two story building with numerous, private offices and small and large group meeting spaces.  

ESPS provides a myriad of outpatient mental health and addiction recovery services for individuals dealing with:

  • Depression, Anxiety, Mood Swings
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
  • Behavior Problems
  • Sleep problems
  • Substance abuse or dependence
  • Other emotional, behavioral and mental health issues
  • Autistic Spectrum Disorders

The mission of the Eastern Shore Psychological Services Programs is to provide the most effective community, school and family based treatment and evaluation services. ESPS does not deny services based on inability to pay. For more information call
