Eastern Shore SHRM is excited to announce that Mauricio Velasquez, President of The Diversity Training Group, will present Toxic Employees-Toxic Environments on Tuesday, July 25th. Registration begins at 8 am. The program begins at 8:30 am and will be held at Dove Pointe at 1225 Mt. Hermon Road in Salisbury, MD. There will also be a virtual option for those unable to attend in-person.
In this hour-long presentation, participants will learn what is a toxic employee and what is a toxic environment, how to deal with this toxicity, and build a toolkit.
Mauricio Velásquez is the President of Diversity Training Group (DTG) in Herndon, VA. Mauricio serves as a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategist, consultant, trainer, sexual harassment prevention trainer, respectful workplace/toxic employee trainer, employee engagement/trust trainer, executive coach, mentoring trainer, expert witness, and assists organizations with “winning the war for talent” and “being employers of choice.” He is a leader in the risk-management, culture-change business.
