Join Brian Spiegel for a compliance news update where we will break down current events in the employee benefits compliance space, and any regulatory changes that may be on the horizon. Gain insight on what to focus on this fall, and what changes may be occurring beyond 2025.
Brian Spiegel is a compliance consultant with over twelve years of legal experience in regulatory affairs, human resources, and health care compliance. Brian’s legal experience focused primarily on human resources compliance and contract roles drafting new regulations for the Federal government. After joining the DC Bar, he provided various legal services until 2021, when he joined MZQ Consulting, now Lumelight, where he was an integral part in the development of their Mental Health Parity compliance division. Brian earned his B.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his J.D. from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
