Eastern Shore SHRM is excited to announce that speaker Sue DeLazaro the founder of Ideal Culture Lab, will present “Influence & Negotiate Across your Organization with Emotional Intelligence.” Ms. DeLazaro is the founder of Ideal Culture Lab, and trains and coaches mid-to-senior level professionals across industries. Using her expertise in EQ, Sue helps people leverage their emotions to influence, collaborate, and build trusting relationships. Sue has formally contributed to two books: Wall Street Journal Bestseller, Emotional Intelligence 2.0 (2009) and Team Emotional Intelligence 2.0 (2022) and was recognized by Training Magazine as a “Top 40 Under 40 Trainers.” In addition to working with leaders, Sue is currently on a mission to provide leadership-level interpersonal skills development to professionals in the beginning of their careers with her New Professional Accelerator program. Sue has her M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and her B.A. in Government and lives in Deal Island, MD.
