Eastern Shore SHRM is excited to announce that speaker Dan Kaplan will present “Mastering Difficult Conversations” on February 25, 2025, from 8:30am – 10:00am. Registration begins at 8:00am. Meeting will be held at Dove Pointe, 1225 Mt. Harmon Road, Salisbury, MD 21804.
Dan Kaplan is driven by the belief that anything is possible if we can just learn to talk to each other. Combined with his nearly 30 years of communications leadership experience across the public, non-profit, and private sectors, Dan helps leaders and teams communicate to their audiences and each other. Through his company, Confident Communicators, LLC, Dan’s training workshops, presentations, and keynote speeches help leaders, managers, and teams overcome communication dysfunction – challenges such as silos, information hoarding, internal politics, power plays, giving and receiving feedback, sloppy management, virtual communication, issue avoidance, fear of speaking up, and ineffective presentations. His corporate communications consulting helps organizations craft and cascade messages, influence audiences, and inspire.
