Salisbury, MD – Eastern Shore SHRM invites human resource professionals, business leaders, and community members to its upcoming Pies, Pints & People event on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Evolution Craft Brewing Company in Salisbury, Maryland.
The event will combine professional networking, refreshments, and an educational session titled “The ABC’s of I&D: Access, Belonging, Community, Development,” presented by Robby Chin, Program Administrative Specialist in Salisbury University’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion.
Attendees will learn about Salisbury University’s ABCD Framework, an inclusive and objective self-assessment tool designed to help individuals, teams, and organizations identify strengths, recognize opportunities for growth, and overcome barriers to success. The framework encourages continuous improvement, supports a growth mindset, and provides practical approaches to strengthening workplace effectiveness and engagement.
In addition to the educational program, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with fellow professionals in a relaxed, welcoming environment while enjoying appetizers and refreshments.
The event is open to both Eastern Shore SHRM members and guests. Registration is $20 per person and includes appetizers and nonalcoholic beverages. Of each registration fee, $10 will be donated to the SHRM Foundation in support of its efforts to advance the HR profession and strengthen workplaces.
