Bob Greenlee, Managing Director of SVN Miller Commercial Real Estate’s Chesapeake Office has settled on 26 S. Washington Street, Easton, MD. The land lot was the only development site available for sale in the Easton Town Center and one of very few available in the historic district.
The site previously had approvals with Planning and Zoning as well as Historic District Commission for a mixed-use three story building up to 14,200 SF.
“It is an affirmation for the Town Center that the site could be viable as commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use. It will be exciting to watch one of the area’s most accomplished real estate professionals take on this challenge,” said Greenlee.
Greenlee cooperated with Cliff Meredith of Meredith Fine Properties. Meredith represented the buyer in this transaction.
