Gillis Gilkerson project manager Tyler Barnes and superintendent Darry Mitchell, worked to push the project through the aggressive schedule and deliver the store to the customer on time and on budget.

“The Advanced Auto Parts brand requires new construction completion within a 90 day window and I am proud our team not only met, but exceeded those requirements, said Dwight Miller, president, Gillis Gilkerson. “Having this opportunity to construct this facility in our local Delaware market has allowed our team to create a space for a local business to grow and expand to serve our community and surrounding areas.”

“From start to finish, Gillis Gilkerson was phenomenal to work with,” said Jeffery Phillips, developer and owner. “Through the bid process they were completely on target and with the timeline of the project.
