Gillis Gilkerson Completes Hallmark Tenant Fit Out at The Centre at Salisbury

Hallmark Store

Gillis Gilkerson, one of the most stable and trusted general contracting and construction management firms on Delmarva, today announced the completion of the 3,700 square foot tenant fit out of the Hallmark store at The Centre at Salisbury in Salisbury, Maryland.

“Things are certainly changing inside our local mall and we are glad they came back to Gillis Gilkerson for help to make the changes happen,” said Dwight Miller, president, Gillis Gilkerson.  “We were happy to help The Centre provide a better shopping experience for families and visitors to the area.”

The project included the demolition of the existing store front space.  The interior fit out of Hallmark involved the installation of new walls, ceilings and floor finishes.  A repeat client for Gillis Gilkerson, the Centre also hired the firm to rehab the food court inside the mall.

“Gillis Gilkerson did an excellent job as usual,” said Chuck Lowe, operations manager, The Centre at Salisbury.  “They were on time and very professional to work with.  We are very happy with the end result.”

Gillis Gilkerson Project Manager Don Murray and Superintendent Dale Reinhold took less than a month to complete the project.
