Gillis Gilkerson Completes Renovations to Adams Radio Studios

Gillis Gilkerson, one of the most stable and trusted general contracting and construction management firms on Delmarva, announced the completion of renovations made to Adams Radio Group new office and studio space at 119 Naylor Mill Road, suite 10A in Salisbury, Maryland. The radio group is moving from Georgetown, Delaware to Salisbury, Maryland..

The 4,900 square foot property was renovated into office and studio space for the newest radio group in Wicomico County.  The project included the construction of six studios, a conference room, offices and storage area for promotional materials.

“We are happy to have met the needs of Adams Radio Group in time to be up and running in eight weeks,” said Dwight Miller, president, Gillis Gilkerson.  “We had the opportunity to provide the client with unique interior fit out features including studio wiring and sound attenuation.”

According to Project Manager, Robin Steininger and Superintendent, Wayne Porter, the Adams Radio Group staff is finishing up moving into the space this week.  President and CEO Ron Stone added the stations will be fully operational the week of September 21, 2015.
