SALISBURY, MD – August 7, 2019 – Gillis Gilkerson, one of the most stable and trusted Construction Management, General Contracting and Development firms on Delmarva, today announced the completion a shell renovation at 30371 Mt. Vernon Road in Princess Anne, Maryland for a new Dollar Tree retail store.
“We are grateful for the return business from Dr. Chandrasekhara,” said Dwight Miller, president, Gillis Gilkerson. “Building and expanding business in the local community is important to our local economy. We see the investments he has made and value the opportunity to be a part of his growing business ventures.”
Gillis Gilkerson project manager Matt Esham and superintendent Dan Disharoon completed the 8,600 square foot shell renovation in sixty days. The existing wood frame building, formerly a Dollar General, was updated with a new roof, electrical system and HVAC system. A new addition was built in the rear of the building and new storefront entry doors.
“The work Gillis Gilkerson did for me in the past in a shopping center and office space was why I hired them for the job,” said Dr. Kota Chandrasekhara, owner. “They are doing a great job on the renovations. With the new roof and expansion, its practically a brand-new building.”
