SALISBURY, MD – April 8, 2019 – Gillis Gilkerson, one of the most stable and trusted Construction Management and General Contracting firms on Delmarva, today announced progress on the south area expansion project at Frontier Town, 8428 Stephen Decatur Highway in Berlin, Maryland. The project includes over 100 RV pull through sites and construction of a new 1,885 square foot bath house and 5,960 square foot community hall building.

The bath house will have a split-face concrete block exterior wall system, wood truss roof construction with asphalt shingles. The community hall building will have a combination of split-face concrete block with James Hardie siding exterior walls, wood truss roof construction with asphalt shingles.
Gillis Gilkerson also assisted Sun Communities in 2018 with the construction of the new waterpark pump house and ticket booth.
Gillis Gilkerson project manager Matt Esham and superintendent Chris Deinlein are scheduled for completion of the bath house and RV sites in July and the community hall building by August, 2019.
