The 13 acre property features a 25,000 square foot building that was vacated by the Harley Davidson dealer in 2010. Gillis and Knopp completed the transaction for $3,000,000.
The property was purchased by an investment firm from Baltimore which was represented by Randy Bendler of Bendler Realty. The new owner plans to find a tenant to lease the property and is willing to make exterior improvements to the existing building.
