
Salisbury, MD — GMB is pleased to announce the promotions of five team members in recognition of their dedication, professional growth, and contributions to the firm.
Andrew W. Wright, P.E. has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Andrew began his career with GMB in 2015 after graduating from the University of Delaware with degrees in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering. Throughout his tenure, he has contributed to a wide range of infrastructure projects, including wastewater treatment plants, wastewater pumping stations, membrane bioreactor (MBR) treatment facilities, and water and sewer force mains.
Jacob S. Lathroum, P.E. has been promoted to Project Engineer. Jake joined GMB in 2022 as a Graduate Engineer in the Site/Sustainable Group in Salisbury, Maryland. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland. Jake has experience in engineering design for street utility and infrastructure improvements as well as stormwater management projects. He specializes in sustainable stormwater solutions, including wet ponds, submerged gravel wetlands, and bioretention facilities, and has provided site support for solar energy projects.
John T. Hibschman, P.E. has been promoted to Project Engineer. In 2022, John joined GMB’s Water/Wastewater Group in the Salisbury office. He is a graduate of Wilkes University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering. John specializes in water and wastewater engineering, including treatment plant upgrades, pump station rehabilitation, and sewer and water main infrastructure improvements. He has contributed to the planning, design, and construction administration of critical municipal infrastructure projects.
Tyler Tuthill has been promoted to Designer. Tyler joined GMB’s Salisbury office in 2018 as a CADD Drafter in the Structural Group. He studied Architectural Engineering Technology at Delaware Technical Community College and has developed extensive expertise in AutoCAD and Revit. Tyler has worked on a range of marine projects, including boat ramps, bulkheads, piers, as well as various building structural systems.
Kimberly Grenier has been promoted to Project Coordinator. Kimberly joined GMB’s Sparks office in 2023 as an Administrative Assistant, bringing prior experience in customer service and management. Since joining the firm, she has worked closely with Project Coordinators and embraced opportunities to expand her skills and responsibilities. In addition to supporting project teams, Kimberly plays a key role in organizing office morale and employee engagement activities.
