GMB Announces Recent Promotions

George, Miles & Buhr, LLC (GMB) is pleased to announce the following promotions that occurred in 2024:

Katja Kalinski – Project Manager

Katja joined GMB in 2013 as a Landscape Designer in the Site/Sustainable Design Group. She is experienced in land use master planning, landscaping plans, and construction documentation. She works closely with coastal Delaware and Maryland clients to achieve their land use goals.

Christopher Kalicki, R.A. – Assistant Project Manager

Chris joined GMB’s Architecture Group in 2022 and has over 10 years of architectural design experience in institutional, commercial, municipal, and residential sectors. This year, he passed the Architect Registration Examination (ARE) 5.0 to become a Registered Architect (R.A.) and received certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Bradley Hogan, P.E. – Assistant Project Manager

In 2018, Bradley joined GMB’s West Region Water/Wastewater Engineering Group, focusing on water & wastewater systems, geographic information systems (GIS), preliminary engineering reports, and construction phase services. Bradley became a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Maryland in 2022.

Terry Gundry – Senior Project Engineer

Terry joined GMB in 1998 and is a valued member of the Site/Sustainable Design Group. She is skilled in site layout, utility design, site grading, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management plans, and wetland and conservation plans.

 Lee Whaley – Assistant Project Manager

Lee joined GMB’s Architecture Group in 2001 and has worked on a wide range of architectural and engineering projects as a Senior Designer. He is nearing completion of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Intern Development Program (IDP).
