Wor-Wic Community College will host a reading by Amber Green on Tuesday, Feb. 18, at 7 p.m., in the Hazel Center on the college campus at the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
Green is a poet, as well as the founder of the Fenix Youth Project, which provides a safe, creative space for young people facing adversity. She has been recognized by the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore as a Top 40 Under 40 in Philanthropy.
