SALISBURY, MD – Habitat for Humanity of Wicomico County recently hosted their 35th Anniversary event at Bordeleau Winery & Vineyards in Eden, MD.
The event celebrated the construction of 72 homes since 1987, the rehabilitation of 83 homes since the inception of HFHWC’S Roof & Home Repair Program in 2006, and the 1006 families saved from eviction through the COVID-19 rental assistance program.
Included in the 110 guests were Senator Addie Eckardt and Wicomico County Council President John Cannon, who presented Executive Director Molly Hilligoss with proclamations memorializing the anniversary.
