With over 31 years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, and hospice, Pamela’s journey in caregiving began at just nine years old. For the past 15 years, she has been a vital part of the Home Instead family, where she continues to lead with professionalism, empathy, and unwavering dedication to older adults and their families. - Heather Martin, Manager – Berlin Office
Born and raised on the Eastern Shore, Heather brings a strong sense of community and family to her role. Inspired by caring for her grandfather “Poppy,” she is committed to supporting families through the often-challenging journey of aging. Heather combines her deep compassion with extensive administrative experience to create a seamless care experience for both clients and care professionals.
