The Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce was delighted to join Tish Ottey and Brandon O’Brian in celebrating with a ribbon cutting Homes4Hope Therapeutic Solutions new outpatient clinic, located at 304 W. Carroll Street in Salisbury.
Community partners, referral sources, family members, friends, staff, and supporters gathered to tour the impressive new 8,400-square-foot facility, which has been thoughtfully designed to provide clients with a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment. The building, formerly a bank, was completely renovated and transformed into a modern treatment center that reflects Homes4Hope’s commitment to providing compassionate, accessible care. Local dignitaries who joined the celebration included Senator Mary Beth Carozza, Wicomico County Council Vice President Jeff Merritt, Salisbury City Administrator Nice Rice, and Greater Ocean City Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Amy Thompson.
During the event, Ottey reflected on the significance of the milestone of this new clinic: “Thank you all for joining us today, and everyone who has supported us along the way. A special thank you goes to our staff for their dedication to our clients and our mission. This ribbon cutting represents much more than opening the doors to a new building. It represents growth, opportunity, and our continued commitment to providing accessible behavioral health and substance use services to the people in our community in an inviting, low-barrier facility.”
“At Homes4Hope, we believe that when someone reaches out for help, they shouldn’t have to wait. Our goal has always been to meet people where they are, provide compassionate and respectful care the same day they take that enormous step, and help individuals and families work toward healthier lives. This new facility gives us the opportunity to serve more people, expand access to care, and continue making a difference in our community, one person and one family at a time.” shared Ottey.
Excitement about the future of the organization were also announced, which include the launch of a new Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and plans for a 3.5 ASAM residential level of care program for men and women. “We are incredibly proud of how far Homes4Hope has come, but we are even more excited about where we are going. Thank you for believing in Homes4Hope and for celebrating this exciting new chapter with us” expressed Ottey.
Homes4Hope Therapeutic Solutions provides a comprehensive range of services, including mental health therapy, medication management, outpatient treatment for substance use disorders, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and residential treatment services.
During the ribbon cutting, attendees enjoyed networking and touring the facility while sampling a delicious buffet catered by Chamber member Taylor’s BBQ. Guests also had the chance to win exciting door prizes, including a coffee-inspired gift basket featuring an espresso machine, Rise Up Coffee, and Homes4Hope merchandise, as well as a two-night stay at the Inn at Turnbridge Creek in Berlin, MD.
The Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce congratulates Tish Ottey, Brandon O’Brian, and the entire Homes4Hope team on this remarkable achievement and wishes them continued success as they expand their impact on the health and well-being of our community.
