Salisbury, MD – Hudson Behavioral Health is pleased to announce two significant organizational updates: the promotion of Rebecca Kimmons, LMSW, CAC-AD, LCDP to Clinical Director of Residential Services, and the addition of Phil Taylor, CISSP as IT Specialist. These changes reflect the organization’s continued growth and its ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral health services across Maryland and Delaware.
Rebecca Kimmons has been promoted from Director of Housing to Clinical Director of Residential Services. In this expanded leadership role, she is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Hudson’s residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment programs, encompassing the organization’s main campus as well as housing facilities throughout Maryland and Delaware—a total of 110 beds. Kimmons will focus on improving clinical outcomes through trauma-informed, evidence-based practices, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered care.
Hudson Behavioral Health has also welcomed Phil Taylor, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, as its new IT Specialist. In this role, Taylor serves as the primary onsite resource for resolving technology issues and supporting daily IT operations. He maintains strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information—a critical responsibility in a behavioral health setting. Taylor brings decades of experience in information technology to the organization, and his expertise will be instrumental in supporting Hudson’s growing operational needs.
“Rebecca’s promotion reflects the depth of her clinical expertise and her unwavering dedication to the people we serve,” said Leslie Brown, CEO of Hudson Behavioral Health. “At the same time, welcoming Phil to our team ensures we have the infrastructure in place to support our continued growth. Both individuals bring exceptional skill and commitment to Hudson, and we are excited about what they will contribute as we move forward.”
These appointments underscore Hudson Behavioral Health’s commitment to investing in strong leadership and operational excellence as the organization expands its reach and impact.
