
Salisbury, MD — Hudson Behavioral Health proudly announces several staff promotions and newly earned professional credentials, underscoring the organization’s commitment to high-quality care and professional development within its team.
Shiela Pullen, LPN, has been promoted to Nurse Educator, where she will work directly with patients in housing on education initiatives to ensure they are staying consistent with physical and mental health treatments to support sustained recovery.
Rebecca Kimmons, Director of Housing, has earned her Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credentials. This licensure demonstrates advanced knowledge in social work practice and allows Rebecca to provide a higher level of clinical support to patients, further strengthening Hudson’s housing services program.
Joe Seminara has been promoted to Assistant Director of Housing and has also earned his Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. The MSW is a graduate-level credential that equips professionals with advanced skills in clinical practice, counseling, and social work leadership—making Joe well-prepared to support both clients and staff in his new leadership role.
Katie Cleaver has earned her LMSW and has been promoted to Mental Health Therapist. In this role, she will provide counseling and therapeutic services to individuals at Hudson’s outpatient facility in Salisbury, supporting both their mental health and long-term wellness.
Jennifer Dennis has been promoted to a new role as Compliance Coordinator, where she will help ensure that Hudson Behavioral Health continues to meet regulatory standards and maintain best practices in patient care.
Lastly, Vanessa Tucker has been promoted to Case Manager at Hudson’s Corinthian House, after beginning her career as a Behavioral Health Aide. Her progression highlights Hudson’s dedication to supporting professional growth and career advancement from within the organization.
