Salisbury, MD — Hudson Behavioral Health is proud to announce that Susan Forrest, Clinical Director of Outpatient Services, has earned her LCSW-C. This is the highest level of social work credential in Maryland, authorizing professionals to independently diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
Earning this credential requires the completion of a master’s degree in social work, thousands of hours of supervised clinical experience, and the successful passage of rigorous state licensing examinations. This achievement represents years of dedication and study.
As Clinical Director of Outpatient Services, Susan oversees the daily operations of Hudson’s Outpatient Mental Health Center. She provides clinical oversight for staff, along with supervision for Associate, Bachelor, and Master level intern students, a role in which her new LCSW-C credential will further strengthen her ability to guide the next generation of social workers entering the field.
Susan joined Hudson Behavioral Health in 2023 as Director of Clinical Operations and brings more than a decade of experience working to improve recovery resources in the greater Salisbury area. She earned both her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) from Salisbury University.
