Resort Providing Special Fall Promotion for Travelers to Make the Most of their Eastern Shore Getaway
Cambridge, MD. – Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina, a waterfront resort located on 342 acres of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, announces its fall getaway experience for travelers. Throughout the season, the resort provides hay rides to view the fall foliage, premier birding opportunities at its on-site Blue Heron Rookery, and seasonal-themed cocktails available in Micheners Library. Additionally, the resort is announcing a special fall travel offer for guests to make the most of their Eastern Shore getaway.

Throughout the fall season, the resort will offer hay rides that take guests through the resort grounds and Blue Heron Rookery. The rookery is an 18-acre wildlife refuge that is open to the public each fall until December 15. It provides a lush habitat for the area’s wildlife including its namesake bird, the great blue heron, as well as bald eagles, wild turkey, and migrating waterfowl. Guests can also enjoy fall-themed cocktails, visit nearby pumpkin patches, and seasonal activities provided by the resort’s recreation team.
Additionally, guests have access to an award-winning golf experience at River Marsh Golf Club. The 18-hole course provides fun and challenging play with two signature holes, the 17th hole, which spans over Shoal Creek, and the 18th hole, which runs along the Choptank River from tee to green. It also recently debuted “The Cove” a virtual golf simulator that provides an extensive library of courses golfers can play, as well as augmented reality analysis and golf lessons.
The resort provides delicious fresh Eastern Shore cuisine at the recently reopened Blue Point Provision, a waterfront eatery offering panoramic views of the Choptank River, along with Water’s Edge Grill, which features delicious dining with views of the resort’s crescent pool and waterfront setting.
