The resort will offer a variety of seasonal activities ranging from fall foliage hayrides to the opening of an on-site synthetic ice-skating rink. Starting in October, the resort will host an ongoing schedule of hayrides that showcase the surrounding fall foliage. The hayrides take guests through the Blue Heron Rookery, an 18-acre wildlife refuge home to a variety of local and migrating bird species.
On Friday, November 28, the resort is bringing back its popular synthetic ice-skating rink. Available through February 15, 2026, the synthetic ice-skating rink will be accompanied by a Winter Village offering skate rentals, a refreshment station serving hot chocolate and cozy cocktails, and fire pits for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. The Winter Village will also showcase a holiday-themed miniature golf course, lawn games, and pop-up shopping from local Chesapeake Bay area businesses.
In addition to the seasonal activities, the resort features the glass-enclosed Winter Garden atrium offering a 23-meter heated indoor pool, and indoor/outdoor hot tub, and a schedule of nightly “dive in” movie screenings.
