The Mother’s Day brunch at Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay will be served on Sunday, May 14 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. The menu will feature fresh seafood options including local watermelon mignonette oysters, Maryland Crab dip, and chilled shrimp. It will also include artisanal cheeses and charcuterie, gourmet salad options, and breakfast favorites including made-to-order omelets, buttermilk pancakes, and crispy bacon. Entrée selection will feature a beef wellington served with Yukon mashed potatoes, roasted salmon with a blackberry coulis, and a steamed blue crab station with “cracked to order” options.
The meal will also include special dining options for children, ranging from macaroni and cheese and popcorn chicken, as well as a display of decadent house-made desserts.
The Mother’s Day meal is $79.95 for adults, $39.98 for children ages 12 and older, children between the ages of six and 11 pay their age, and children ages five and younger dine free.
