Cambridge, MD — Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina, an award-winning waterfront destination nestled on 342 acres of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, announces its Thanksgiving holiday feast. Open to resort guests and the local community, the festive meal will feature traditional holiday dishes and Eastern Shore favorites at the resort’s signature Water’s Edge Grill.

The Thanksgiving meal will be served on Thursday, November 27 between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. The menu will feature all the holiday classics including a roasted turkey, herb-roasted beef strip loin, cornbread stuffing, smoked turkey collard greens, and popular side dishes. Diners can also enjoy a fresh seafood station with oysters, shrimp, and crab legs, as well as a special buffet for children with everything from chicken tenders to macaroni and cheese. The meal will conclude with several house-made desserts.

On Friday, November 28, the resort will open it’s on-site synthetic ice-skating rink and Winter Village, open Fridays through Sundays throughout the winter, with extended hours during Christmas week. This year’s Winter Village will feature pop-up shops from local vendors, a refreshment station with hot chocolate and cozy cocktails, fire pits for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores, a holiday-themed miniature golf course, and lawn games.
