Couples and friends can celebrate the holiday with a fun-filled afternoon at the property. The schedule of events includes a couple’s paint & sip class, pasta making class, and the “Boards and Bottles” charcuterie board making class.
Couple’s Paint & Sip
The holiday festivities begin with a Couples’ Sip & Paint class at 1:30 p.m. The class will offer a relaxed and creative date experience where partners will work together to create a beautiful piece of art. The class is $30 for two people.
Valentine’s Day Pasta Making Class
The resort will continue the day with a pasta making class at 2:30 p.m. Led by one of the resort’s talented chefs, the class will teach couples the art of crafting fresh pasta from scratch – mixing, kneading, rolling, and shaping dough into a classic variety. Couples will work with the chef as they use essential pasta making techniques, discover secrets behind the perfect pasta texture, and gain confidence working with simple, high-quality ingredients. The class will conclude with a tasting of the pasta creations. This event is exclusive to World of Hyatt members, and guests can sign up for the free loyalty program at the time of booking. Valentine’s Boards & Bottles
The holiday will round out with a special charcuterie board building class at 4 p.m. Ideal for couples or groups of friends, the class will learn the art of building a delicious and visually stunning charcuterie board. Attendees will learn how to layer flavors, textures, and colors and all of the tips and tricks to wow their guests with a perfectly presented display.
