[Salisbury, Maryland]: The Eastern Region Small Business Development Center today announced an upcoming webinar created to answer questions and provide expertise insights regarding inclusiveness. Join us as Annette Johnson, an accomplished global professional development strategist, leadership excellence coach, and diversity and inclusion champion instructs virtually on July 15th at 10am. Diversity, equity and inclusion are critical success factors for business, especially during unsettling times. In this one-hour webinar participants will explore unconscious bias and its impact on organizational cultures and employee engagement. Inclusive leadership is a strategy for business success and a competitive advantage. Six essential characteristics of an inclusive leader will be shared as a best practice for enhancing one’s leadership excellence.
