Tonney Insley, Advisor with SVN Miller Commercial Real Estate settled on 705 N. Division Street. He represented the buyer and the seller in this transaction that is a new use for this old property. This building was previously used as a moving and storage company but will now host youth athletic training.
Gillis Gilkerson purchased the property and recently announced, the East Coast Titans, a non-profit baseball and softball organization, will be moving into the space and utilizing it has an indoor practice facility.
