ROCK N ROLL REVIVAL

We’re bringing Rock & Roll back – back to the JMB Auditorium stage and back to the memories that music makes you remember – with the 2022 JMB Rock & Roll Revival “Time Machine,” on stage Feb. 11-13 and 17-20.

Shows will be at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 11, 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12, and 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 13, then 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 17 and Friday, Feb. 18, at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, and 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 20. Tickets are $20 for all shows.

While the pandemic allowed for only a limited virtual show for participants and their supporters in 2021, Rock & Roll Revival is back with public shows in the JMB Auditorium for 2022, but with some changes for this year due to current health and safety guidelines. To support physical distancing, especially in the lobby, the show will be 90 minutes long with no intermission. Each show will have 25 songs showcasing the talents of the JMB performers. Seating will be reserved to ensure audience spacing. Auditorium seating will be at 40% capacity and the audience must be masked.

Don’t delay getting your tickets: More than three-fourths of the seats for this year’s shows have already been reserved since tickets went on sale in early January. Tickets may be purchased online at anytime by going to ticketleap.com and searching events for “JMB,” or using this direct link: https://jmbrocknrollrevival.ticketleap.com/jmb-rock-and-roll-2022/. Be sure to order from a laptop or desktop computer so you’ll be able to reserve your seats. (Orders from a tablet or mobile phone do not have this option. You must select the “any section” option for ticket availability. At checkout, you can look at “show order details” to see the section and seat numbers you would be receiving. Seats may not be together, depending on availability for the show.)

Tickets may also be purchased in person at the JMB Auditorium box office from 5-7 p.m. this Thursday and Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5.

Rock & Roll Revival has been a tradition at James M. Bennett High School for almost a quarter-century. Students sing, dance, play in the band, work on the stage crew, and create the set design to stage this highly successful show at the JMB Auditorium. More than 120 students are involved in the show, and many staff members, parents and other adult volunteers also take part in making the show a success. Net proceeds benefit the JMB PTSA, which puts the proceeds to great use to support the entire school.
