Interested in learning more about the various small business resources available in the State of Maryland?
Join us for this informational webinar series exploring the broad range of resources available to Maryland’s small, minority, women, and veteran business owners.

This session features The Office of Small Business Regulatory Assistance (OSBRA), a division of the Maryland Department of Labor, which helps Maryland business owners find timely and effective solutions to issues so they can go about running their companies. OSBRA wants Maryland businesses to thrive and grow and to succeed in an environment of trust and cooperation.

As a liaison for businesses, economic development organizations, and federal, state, and local government, OSBRA assists with compliance to and adoption of regulations, such as the Maryland Healthy Working Families Act, commonly referred to as Sick and Safe Leave, facilitates responsiveness of state government to small business needs, and serves as a central clearinghouse of information for business assistance programs and services available in the state. This unit is committed to Maryland’s businesses and constituents and will help resolve problems, address concerns, move through regulations and compliance procedures, remove barriers, provide resources, and connect with other state agencies while providing timely, effective customer service.
