Wor-Wic Community College recently welcomed Dr. Jae Jung of Salisbury as assistant professor of business and hospitality management.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Ajou University in South Korea, a master’s of management in hospitality from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y., and a doctorate in culinary and food service management from Sejong University in South Korea.
Jung has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including operating his own restaurant in Ithaca and managing another in Syracuse, N.Y., plus an additional 12 years in various business positions. He also taught finance courses on a part-time basis at Ithaca College since 2016.
