Salisbury, MD – The March 28th Ladies and Mixed Team Golf Challenge has been rescheduled due to inclement weather. The 9 hole “Fun for Everyone” event presented by Pohanka Automotive of Salisbury and CareFirst, is now scheduled for Wednesday, May 15, 2024, beginning at 3:30 PM at Green Hill Country Club. Check in begins at 2:30 PM.
The event began in 2020 as a fun, no-pressure event for women business professionals to learn about golf and its benefits as a networking business tool. The Chamber encourages ladies that have never played golf to play, allows groups to share clubs, and creates an atmosphere that is not competitive (or intimidating!)
The event is genuinely “Fun-For-Everyone” and has drawn new players yearly. The first tournament began with just five foursomes and has since grown to include as many as 100 players!
The event is for beginners and seasoned golfers alike.

3:30 PM tee off followed by lite fare, beverages and an awards ceremony in the clubhouse
Teams of four ladies OR two ladies and two gentlemen are preferred,
Registration fee includes golf, cart and practice balls on the driving range prior to tee off, lunch, PLUS a FREE GOODY BAG!
