Le Tour de Shore Bike Ride will be hosted on Saturday, May 12, 2014.
Revel in our relaxed beauty tucked between the Chesapeake Bay & the Atlantic Ocean. This land between two waters is sprinkled with quaint towns of picturesque streets lined with historic homes, museums, art galleries and shops. The countryside features miles of farmland as well as country roads.
WAYS TO REGISTER
• Online: Individuals can register online with a credit card at esvachamber.org
• Download a registration form from the website to complete and mail-in with check made payable to the“ESVA Chamber of Commerce”.
• In-Person: Stop by the Eastern Shore of VA Chamber of Commerce in Melfa, VA, Monday through Friday from
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Early registration fee is $45
After April 17, 2014 – $55
Day of Registration – $60
Ages 7 to 15 – $25
EVENT INFORMATION
• All routes start and end at the Onancock School, 6 College Ave., Onancock, VA. Rides start at 8 a.m. Pre registration: 7:15 a.m.
• Choose from a 17-, 30-, 55-, or a 70-mile route. Completion of the ride is optional.
• Designated rest stops with restrooms, beverages and snacks.
• SAG (Support and Gear) available from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• All participants must complete an event waiver prior to participating in the ride.
• Finish line BBQ Lunch will be included and served from 11 am -1:30 pm at the Onancock School
• The ride will take place rain or shine.
