Please take the time to write or call on these legislative bills that would change the days a seasonal worker would qualify for “Safe and Sick” leave from 106 days to 120 days.
That distinction should have been made when the General Assembly passed this State’s “Employer Mandate” legislation several years ago.
IT IS IMPERATIVE that your voice be heard on this legislation!
Delegate C.T. Wilson (Chair, House Economic Matters) needs to hear that the business community supports this bill ASAP.
