The former concrete plant had been sitting vacant and unused for years. Due to its proximity to their core business headquarters, Peninsula Water’s President, Eddie Porter had interest in purchasing the property. As soon as the property was listed for sale, John submitted a strong offer on behalf of his client and was successful in getting the property under contract.
