
Salisbury, MD. — MAC, in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association, will host “Building Brain Healthy Habits: Tips from the Latest Research” on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 1 p.m. in the Bradford Room at MAC, 909 Progress Circle, Salisbury, MD 21804.
This informative session will feature Jennifer Schermerhorn, LCSW, and will focus on the latest research surrounding brain health and aging. Attendees will learn about lifestyle choices that may help support both brain and body health over time.
The program is designed to provide helpful, research-based insights for older adults, caregivers, and community members who are interested in learning more about maintaining cognitive wellness as they age.
